System error message when connecting the power

This means the Hard disk has encountered a failure during the initialisation/booting of the recorder. There are a number of different reasons why this would happen, one of them is that the recorder is too hot inside. Disconnect the power for at least half an hour and then try again. If this does not help,  please send an e-mail to support @ vidicode.com, or call our helpdesk.
